I absolutely love helping buyers find their new homes. From the first conversation we have about their needs and wants to viewing homes in the area that meet their needs, I’m ready to help buyers along every step of the way. Once they have found their dream home, I’m there to help them with submitting an offer and getting it accepted and then work with them through all of the steps to get their transaction to closing.
Sellers
Helping sellers prepare to sell their home is something that I thoroughly enjoy doing. Starting out with my first visit to a home, sellers and I walk through and discuss any changes that need to be made, any staging that needs to be done, and make a plan for getting their home on the market. From preparing for professional photos, to listing a home, to educating sellers on the whole selling process so that they can choose the very best offer for them, I’m ready to help with every stop of the way. Once a home is under contract, I continue to work with sellers as they navigate the many steps to get them from contract to closing.
